Premier Hotel Lybid - Kyiv

the hotel offers great views from the upper floors but the hallways feel gloomy.

Breakfast was good.

Old facilities, refrigerator was empty, only a bottle of mineral water was there.

newly remodelled and clean place to stay in, it has very professional and genuinely professional staff from reception through security to the doorman. every time in kyiv we stay in this hotel.

The staff gifted me a lovely birthday cake and a bottle of wine, made my celebration lovely. The room was clean and offered a superb view of the city.

Some decor felt outdated.

The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Location is central, beautiful view. I'd love to come back.

It was all good.

Breakfast was good. Bread could be better. But it's the same everywhere in Ukraine.

The room was comfortable and had a great city skyline view from the 17th floor. Clean sheets and towels were a plus, but the decor felt a bit outdated. The air conditioning didn't work well. Breakfast offered a good variety, though some items could've been warmer. It was a decent place for a weekend stay in Kyiv.

Great, huge breakfast buffet, rooms with a view of the city, hotel within walking distance from the train and the metro station, air conditioning in the room, stable WiFi connection

Sleeping with the window open is impossible because of the traffic noise (but there is an air conditioner in the room)

Breakfast is good.

Room a little too small. Very few sockets in the room.

The view of the Opera House from the 15th-floor room provided a pleasant surprise, particularly with the window that fully opened for some fresh air. Complimentary water on the first day was a nice touch .

The hotel has an overall dated feel, particularly in the rooms where the decor could use a refreshing upgrade including new carpets and fresh paint. While the restaurant offers decent dinner options, breakfast at a cost of 250 was considered too pricey compared to local eateries. The shower pressure was disappointing, and it felt quite weak even though the water was hot.

The hotel was clean with really good and pleasant staff, it was a lovely place for a long stay. The restaurant was very nice for dinner and for every budget.

Truly enjoyed marvellous breakfast, reasonably large room.

The location seemed strategic and best possible to walk to the metro. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Burger Farm to relax and grab some food.

Despite the dated decor, the stunning view of the Opera House from my room was a highlight. The nearby cash machine and easy access to transport options made exploring Kyiv convenient.

Excellent breakfast, efficient reception; we paid extra and booked a 'suite' which was really two small interconnecting rooms, it might have been better to knock it all into one decent sized room with a sitting area. But at least it was comfortable. The hotel is much nicer on the inside than the exterior suggests. They are trying hard and one should not expect 5 star standards, even though it's not cheap. No accommodationin Kiev seems to be....

Air-conditioning was not really adequate, even with an outside temperature of 25C; can't imagine what it would be like in summer. At least the windows open! Gloomy bar where you can smoke passively 24/7, but with a supermarket next door, guess where we drank! Restaurant was only moderate, in keeping with most Kiev restarants: be sure to fill up at breakfast!

The hotel is simple and with no good level of comfort.

I stayed for 2 days and with no hot water all my stay. Information very poor and no possibility to resolve the problems. Difficult to comunicate with the staff for their very poor english.
